A spacious, stable yacht of steel

The Kudanil is the same length as many traditional Indonesian Phinisi, yet we offer the highest space-to-guest ratio of any private yacht in Indonesia. With a steel hull and structure, she’s considerably more stable, nearly impervious to rocking in rougher seas caused by wind, waves, and weather.

Cabins

Our eight spacious, above-deck cabins accommodate up to 16 guests in quiet comfort. Each features floor-to-ceiling windows, en-suite bathrooms, and private balconies — all identical, so everyone enjoys the same space and stunning views.

Dining

The top deck is the heart of Kudanil—where days wind down over sea views and shared meals. Our chef uses fresh ingredients from nearby islands to craft regional dishes, served with warmth and best enjoyed barefoot as the sun sets.

Guest Areas

Kudanil was built for exploration — and retreat. With over 1,000 square meters of guest space across multiple decks, there’s always room to find your rhythm. Lounge in the sun, slip away with a book, or retreat to your suite and watch the sea roll by.

Activities

Every day on Kudanil brings a new horizon. Dive reefs, paddle mangroves, hike island trails, or savor a sunset swim—the choice is yours. Our crew shapes each experience to your pace, whether you seek adventure or ease.

A family affair

Indonesia is a place of deep family connection. And that extends from our owners to our crew. Together we share our passion for Indonesia with you every day, forging bonds so deep that our journey together always ends in the exchange of deep hugs and even goodbye tears. When you’re on board the Kudanil, you’re family.

An experienced crew

Safety is our number one priority. To ensure the highest standards, we hiret he most experienced professionals in the business. Our captain has been working with our owners for nearly 30 years, our hospitality crew comes from well-known hotel brands, and our guides come from extensive guiding backgrounds and have every certification and license required.

Personalized itineraries for every sailing

While most other yachts have set itineraries, we’re completely flexible based on your interests and passions. While we always travel to well-known destinations, we let the weather, waves, and how you’re feeling drive changes as we go.

After all, we’re on water, a place that knows no boundaries. And that means we can visit a village which only sees tourists a couple times a year, swim through an ancient cave with torches to guide the way, and sip sunset cocktails on a beach most other boats have never found.
Once each month the moon slips away, and for nine nights the sea takes on a different character. Plankton rises toward the surface, giants gather in the dark, and the water feels charged in a way that only happens during the dark moon. It is during these nights that we recommend a 9 night voyage Beyond Komodo, tracing a route from Komodo toward Sumbawa and into one of the most powerful wildlife windows in Indonesia.
As the light fades, the three giants of this region reveal themselves with remarkable clarity. Manta rays sweep through Komodo’s tidal channels, turning with the currents as if the water itself is guiding them. Komodo dragons move across ancient, ochre coloured islands, their silhouettes rising and falling with the land. And in the moonless waters of Sumbawa, whale sharks gather beneath the glow of distant bagan fishing lights, drawn upward by the plankton that lifts in the dark.

Indonesia, The Crossroads of Two Oceans

Indonesia sits at the only place on Earth where the Indian and Pacific Oceans continuously communicate. Water flows between the two giants through deep trenches and narrow straits, creating powerful currents that move nutrients across the entire archipelago. As these currents hit Indonesia’s winding coastline, the islands act as a natural filter — slowing, channelling, and enriching the water as it travels east to west and back again.
This constant exchange is what fuels Indonesia’s underwater beauty: coral gardens fed by steady upwellings, clear-water basins swept clean by tidal flow, and reefs bursting with the highest marine biodiversity on the planet.

Refreshed, Refined & Ready

In June, Kudanil began her scheduled ABS Special Survey—a comprehensive inspection where every system was reviewed, tested, and tuned to perfection. The hull was repainted, generators fully overhauled, and mechanical systems reassessed to ensure she continues to perform at the highest level.
We also added two sleek new e-foils to the toy collection—keeping things fresh, fun, and just a little faster.
Kudanil isn’t being reinvented—she’s simply being kept at her best, inside and out.

How Capella Ubud and Kudanil Explorer Are Redefining Travel Across Land and Sea

With Kudanil Explorer, you go deeper into the region: trekking wild trails, anchoring off hidden bays, and diving with manta rays far from the usual routes.
